Food...

The food in Cambodia is awesome! There are noodles, rice, meat of some sort, and all of it is so fresh! There aren’t refrigerators or other ways to keep food fresh, so it is all served pretty quick. The fruit is picked and served that same day! It is amazing!

Another awesome food that is fresh:

Bugs! Yep, they catch them and cook them fresh for you to eat them. Kristina and Josh were intelligent enough to try them. The cockroaches are the size of small hands and the crickets aren’t always necessarily dead. They chose a silk worm to eat. Eric assured Josh & Kristina that the silk worm was crunchy and well seasoned. He thought the result was hilarious as Kristina & Josh discovered Eric had fooled them!

Josh kept it down, Kristina found the nearest trash can. What an experience!
