One thing that has ceased to amaze me is the cost of education and healthcare in Cambodia is far less than it is here in America. Despite the cheap prices, it is still far too much for many Cambodians to have. We were able to help one of the older boys at the Lighthouse Orphanage continue his pursuit of education, for one more year at least. Poung Kheang is 17 and going into the 9th grade. He is very excited to continue school and hopes to one day go to the University. Kheang is very smart and an excellent Volleyball player, he has so much potential! Our ability to help him was made possible by the many donations made to our trip. Thank you all for making this happen. I know Kheang is so happy you all helped out.
